We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. This page outlines return, exchange, and refund options.

Return Window & Condition

  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and (when applicable) in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items clearly marked as final sale (unless defective or damaged on arrival).
  • Digital downloads and gift cards.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us with your order number via our Contact page and tell us what’s wrong.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide next steps (including a return address or label when applicable).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send the exchange.

Costs & Refund Method

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we cover return shipping or offer a replacement.
  • In other cases, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days after inspection for your bank to post the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund after review.

Exchanges

Need a different size/variant? We’re happy to help—many exchanges can be processed faster by placing a new order and returning the original for refund once approved.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank or card account again (it can take a few days to post).
  2. Contact your card issuer if the refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days.
  3. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number.
