Shipping policy
We want ordering from KC Ventures to be simple and predictable. This page explains how we process and ship your order.
Processing Times
- In-stock & standard items: ship within 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-order / 3D-printed items: typically 2–5 business days to produce before shipment.
Transit Times & Carriers
- Domestic (US): usually 5–10 business days depending on service and destination.
- International: usually 10–20 business days plus any customs clearance.
- Actual delivery speed depends on the carrier once the package is in transit.
Rates, Tracking & Updates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by carrier, weight, and destination.
- You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update after label creation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees charged by their country’s customs authority.
Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
- Please confirm your shipping address during checkout—orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be re-shipped to an updated address; additional postage may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged in Transit
- If your package appears delayed, check the tracking first—most delays resolve within a few days.
- If a package shows Delivered but you can’t locate it:
- Wait 24 hours; carriers sometimes pre-scan.
- Check with neighbors/household and look for alternate delivery spots.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- If your item arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and item within 7 days so we can help with a replacement or refund.
