Notes and policies
Minimum charge includes mobilization plus a set number of machine hours, detailed in your estimate. Utility locates must be completed and verified before digging, and we can help coordinate timing. Permits and inspection fees are billed at cost or handled directly by the owner or general contractor. Weather, soil conditions, and unknown subsurface obstacles can affect the schedule and final cost, and any changes are discussed before proceeding.
